Banksia victoria

This shrub is commonly known as Woolly Orange Banksia in Australia. Coming from Western Australia it has attractive leaves that have deep triangular lobes and a woolly surface up to 30cm long and 4cm wide. The flowers are typical of most Banksia and are orange in colour and get to 12cm tall. The first known specimens were recorded in the UK around 1830.
