Senecio crassissimus

A small branching succulent with an upright habit. The fleshy grey-green leaves are complimented by the purple-red stems. height 45cm spread 30cm. The leaves are flattened and can get up to 10cm long, 3cm wide and 5mm thick. The yellow flowers appear in a loose branching cluster up to 60cm tall in mid summer to winter. Like most succulents grow in a free draining medium and in an open sunny location. Protect from frost.
