Crassula coccinea

A rosette forming succulent with pointed lanceolate leaves that are a pale green. These also form around the stem on four sides producing a lovely symmetry. The flowers form spikes that can reach up to 25cm tall when mature. The flowers are scarlet red and grow in the early summer. Coming from the succulent family they prefer a sunny position and make a great pot or container plant and will love a free draining compost. These work fabulous with other succulents in a mixed succulent display. Protect from frost.
